Twins

If it is tough to digest a fact like this news for me or for you, just imagine the plight of her parents, how the baby would have undergone such a huge operation at 2 years and the 30 surgeons' condition.

Parents will ofcourse be happy if they know that they are going to have twins. But because of different multi-birth issues which we are seeing in the media the parents should also be prepared for such unwanted tensions & any extreme conditions.
