Here is the answer
1. Switch on one switch.
2. Wait for 5 mins
3. Switch it off.
4. Switch on 2nd switch.
5. Now go inside the room.
6. Which ever bulb is glowing is matched.
7. Which ever non-glowing bulb that is hot is the 1st switch.
