So, atlast... After 5 months of battle, these guys made a deal. Arcelor is joining hands with Mittal steel. Ofcourse, Mittal has tried to satisfy the Arcelor board and their concerns. They have almost increased the offer like 80% more from that of Jan 06's offer to around USD 33 Billion.

Whatever it is! Guess, Lakshmi Mittal has no more control on the management decisions - 12 out of the 18 board members are from Arcelor! No idea, if Aditya Mittal will be right choice as the next CEO... Yet another wait:)!
