Run out using dismantled stumps

Well, it was last but 1 ball of KIXP innings when Brett Lee was bowling. The fielder threw the ball & the batsmen were running. The ball from the fielder directly hit the stumps & already the bails are thrown away & one of the stumps is moved way away from the other two.

Now, the ball moves away from the fielders & the batsmen once again starts running as a over throw. How can the fielders make a run out using the dismantled stumps? Is it possible?
