Good day...
Today’s quote:
“Telling lies is a fault in a boy, an art in a lover, an accomplishment in a bachelor,
and second-nature in a married man.”
- Helen Rowland
Today’s Picture:
Today’s Bonus: Until ~ Up to
‘Until' and ‘till' are usually used with time. In terms of meaning, there is no difference. ‘Until' is considered to be the more formal than ‘till'.
e.g.: There are no tickets available until/till February.
‘Up to' is used to refer to distance, and not time.
e.g.: The students walked up to the gate and started throwing stones.
The word can also be used to talk about quantity.
e.g.: Some people are earning up to Rs.10, 000 sitting at home
