Seven Principles

Here are 7 principles from TGG2. Guess, I've reiterated on most of them a lot.... Even I sometimes fail to do so. But need to make them as an inherent culture.

• Say Hello First
• Smile a lot
• Praise & appreciate
• Treat everyone royally
• Be a good listener
• Use names
• Look at the eyes when you speak.
