Expectations

Well... there is a saying like

No Expectations. No Disappointments...

But we know for sure that it is very hard to be like that & hard to ask our people around to be like that. All we can do it, talk over to reduce the expectations - a li'l bet of compromise, a li'l bet of collaboration... What say?
