Negotiation
To some coincidence today, I had some discussion with another sister of mine who is doing her Masters in US in Univ of Illinois, Chicago. And she is about to complete her school & wanted to get a job. We went on to discuss some of the aspects of negotiation & here are some of the power factors that I adviced her to use during the negotiation.

- Knowledge
- Experience
- Ability to reward or punish
- Time & deadlines
- Perception of others
- Relationships
