Best Retail Offer
At Max in city center mall, there was a like a huge rush recently. Jumped in & saw the offer like buy any two, take the next 2 free. It was really like a mela-riot. If you are buying like 8 cloths you really got to separate them into 4 each with the best bet of cloths together so that you get the max deal.
I could see that I & my wife were doing some simple operations research techniques to get the optimum combination inorder to maximize the profits J

Recently, visited Chennai Trade Center in Hyderabad. Man, what a place, what a mess & the number of shops… But in that there was a small computer repair shop where to my surprise they had CCTV cameras all over the places, recording every single movement of all people, readymade answers & technicians and the best one is, inorder to enter the shop, they have biometric finger screening. Then only the door opens…
Heights of technology usage for technology repairing in the technology shops mess…

Pride
When people are building software, do they really feel pride in doing the same? Just like when a person constructs a flyover, he would be more than happy to do so because he knows that he wants his family to travel in that flyover one day safe & secure… With all pride, the person could say that he is part of that system.
